About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Sales Executive to join our growth team. You need to do franchise sales by identifying, pitching, and converting potential franchise partners. Key Responsibilities ● Drive franchise sales and expansion in assigned regions ● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research ● Pitch franchise opportunities and present business models ● Follow up with leads and convert them into franchise partners ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: ● 2-4 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or cold calling ● Proven experience in lead generation and client conversion ● Strong communication and negotiation skills ● Prior experience in EdTech is an added advantage ● Ability to work independently and meet sales target Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
