Franchise Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Executive to drive franchise acquisition for Daalchini vending machines in South India. The ideal candidate will have strong regional knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to onboard and support new franchise partners. Key Responsibilities: Drive franchise sales for vending machines in the FOFO model across South India. Identify and convert potential franchise partners through presentations, meetings, and follow-ups. Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 23 years of experience in franchise sales, vending machines, FMCG, or consumer product sales. Knowledge of local territory, geography, and market dynamics. Fluency in local language(s) and good communication skills in English/Hindi. Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-organized. Preferred: Candidates from the vending machine, FMCG, or consumer goods industry. Based out of South India with familiarity in cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, etc.
