Role Description

This is a contract-based remote Franchise Partner role. As a Franchise Partner, you will manage the development and operation of franchise opportunities within the Employer Connect network. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing franchise operations, providing training and support to franchise teams, developing financial strategies, and driving sales growth. You will play a critical role in fostering relationships with current and potential franchisees.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Franchising and Ownership to effectively develop and manage franchise opportunities.
• Strong skills in Training and mentoring franchise teams to optimize performance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Knowledge of Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
• Proficiency in Sales to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain collaborative relationships remotely.
• Experience in the career or employment industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
