Job Description:

 Key Responsibilities:

 Franchise Lead Generation
• Identify and connect with potential franchise buyers through calls, emails, events, and job portals.• Build a strong database of investors/partners interested in the education sector.

 Franchise Sales & Conversion
• Pitch Flyhighs franchise business model confidently and convincingly.• Conduct meetings (virtual + face-to-face) with prospective franchisees.• Explain business potential, ROI, cost, and terms transparently.

 Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Coordinate with digital and offline marketing teams to run campaigns to attract investors.• Attend franchise expos, networking events, seminars, etc.

 Franchise Onboarding Support
• Assist new franchisees during onboarding, agreement signing, and initial setup.

 Reporting & Analysis
• Maintain CRM records of leads, calls, and conversions.• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

 Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Aviation / Hospitality• MBA in Marketing / Franchise Management (preferred but not mandatory)

 Experience Required:
• 1 to 6 years in franchise sales, business development, or channel partner acquisition• Prior experience in education, aviation, coaching institutes, or hospitality franchise sales will be preferred.
