Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Manager at MICROSAGE PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Pune with some work from home acceptable. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our franchise network. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with franchisees, ensuring consistent franchise operations, providing training and support, developing strategies for franchise growth, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of franchise management and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training and supporting franchisees
• Ability to develop strategies for franchise growth and operations
• Knowledge in marketing and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
