Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Manager at MICROSAGE PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Pune with some work from home acceptable. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our franchise network. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with franchisees, ensuring consistent franchise operations, providing training and support, developing strategies for franchise growth, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications Strong understanding of franchise management and business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in training and supporting franchisees Ability to develop strategies for franchise growth and operations Knowledge in marketing and customer relationship management Proficiency in using relevant software and tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
