Franchise - Head

As an experienced professional in franchise management, business development, or strategic partnerships, you will play a crucial role in expanding the presence of K12 Schools across India and international markets. With your educational background in Business Management, Education Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for driving the franchise strategy and operations to achieve organizational goals. Your strong understanding of franchise business models and market dynamics will be pivotal in identifying and evaluating potential markets for franchise opportunities. Utilizing your negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, you will oversee the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, from lead generation to contract finalization. Building and maintaining relationships with franchise partners will be essential to ensure long-term collaboration and success. In this role, you will need to ensure that franchise partners adhere to brand guidelines, operational standards, and quality benchmarks. Regular reviews and audits will be conducted to maintain consistency in education delivery and operations. Your proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making will aid in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchise operations and implementing corrective actions when necessary to drive revenue growth. As a goal-oriented and results-driven individual with leadership and team management abilities, you will lead and manage a team of franchise managers to align with strategic objectives. Collaboration with internal departments such as marketing, curriculum, and operations will be required to provide holistic support to franchisees.
