Franchise Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit potential franchise partners to expand the company’s network.
• Develop and implement strategies for franchise sales and market penetration.
• Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct market research to identify potential regions for growth.
• Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance, legal) to support new franchise openings.
• Track and report franchise performance, providing insights to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of franchise models, agreements, and legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
