Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically represent and sell

    across multiple sectors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs in

    franchisee selection, franchise agreements, and entrepreneurship development

  • Facilitate negotiations and close deals virtually—across Indian states—without travel.
  • Build long-term client relationships, driving repeat business and brand expansion.
  • Maintain detailed

    lead and sales records

    using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with the

    FranchiseBAZAR team

    to enhance sales strategy and execution.


You Bring

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven franchise sales success

    (20+ units closed).
  • Strong skills in

    consultative selling, franchise consulting, and negotiation

    .
  • Ability to handle

    master franchising, channel sales, and franchisee management

    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for revenue generation.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
