Job Title: Franchise Development Manager Location: Pan India (Remote/Field-based) Engagement: Commission Basis About Shop24Hours Shop24Hours is a fast-growing 24x7 convenience store chain offering groceries, daily needs, dairy, bakery, café, live kitchen, and OTC products. We are expanding through the franchise model across India and are looking for dynamic professionals to drive franchise growth. Role Overview The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and onboarding franchise partners for Shop24Hours convenience stores. The role is performance-driven and offers commission-based earnings. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and prospects for Shop24Hours franchise opportunities through networking, field visits, digital channels, and references. Pitch the franchise model (FOCO & FOFO) to potential investors and entrepreneurs. Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective franchise partners. Understand franchise investment requirements, ROI models, and explain financials clearly to prospects. Negotiate terms and facilitate the signing of franchise agreements. Maintain and update the franchise prospect database and pipeline reports. Work closely with the corporate team to ensure smooth onboarding and store setup for new franchisees. Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets. Requirements Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, retail expansion, or related fields. Strong network in retail, F&B, or real estate sectors will be preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively as required. Compensation Commission-based role.
