Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in Pune. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing franchise sales, developing business plans, and managing franchise operations. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, training franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting the growth of the franchise network. The role will also involve regular interaction with prospective franchisees to ensure their successful integration into the Kannu ki Chai family.

• Strong skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
• Experience in Training and supporting franchisees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
