Role Description

This is a contract-based Franchise/Branch Partner role. The Franchise/Branch Partner will be responsible for daily tasks such as managing franchise operations, overseeing branch ownership responsibilities, providing training, handling finance, and driving sales. This hybrid role is located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchising and Ownership responsibilities
• Skills in Training and team development
• Financial management and budgeting experience
• Strong Sales and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
