Role Description

1. Framer Website Design & Development (Primary Requirement)

Build and maintain responsive, fast-loading websites and landing pages using Framer.

Implement modern UI layouts, engaging micro-interactions, transitions, and animations.

Ensure pixel-perfect execution aligned with Wilyer’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

Optimize web pages for conversion, readability, responsiveness, and user retention.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to continuously update and improve the website.

2. Visual & Interaction Design

Create visually engaging layouts, component structures, and interactive elements.

Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Use design best practices to deliver clean, modern, and intuitive web experiences.

3. Rapid Prototyping (Secondary Requirement)

Build quick interactive prototypes—mainly for web flows—using Figma or Framer’s prototyping capabilities.

Demonstrate design intent effectively to stakeholders.

4. Brand & Design Consistency

Ensure all Framer components, pages, and layouts align with Wilyer’s visual language.

Maintain reusable components and templates in Framer for faster page creation.

Required Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Framer (mandatory).

Strong web design fundamentals: layout, spacing, grids, typography.

Ability to implement interactions, animations, scroll effects, and responsive behavior.

Solid understanding of conversion-focused UI for landing pages.

Basic familiarity with Figma (for design handoff or component prep).

Knowledge of modern UX practices and responsive design.

Ability to work with marketing, content, and design teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Understanding of SaaS website structure or tech product websites.

Knowledge of SEO-friendly design structure in Framer.

Basic prototyping or UX knowledge.

Experience & Education

2–3+ years of experience building websites, portfolios, or landing pages in Framer.

Degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
