About the Role

The Creative Fragrance Manager will lead and manage a team of fragrance evaluators, collaborating with the sales team to meet clients and understand their fragrance requirements while supporting innovation and staying updated with market trends in fragrance and FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 fragrance evaluators
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet clients and understand their fragrance requirements
• Support innovation and stay updated with market trends in fragrance and FMCG

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a science background (mandatory)
• Preferred: Certification or course in perfumery or fragrance

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of fragrances and olfactive families
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fragrance/Flavour companies
• Experience in FMCG sector (with fragrance-related roles)

Pay range and compensation package

• Annual CTC: ₹15–20 Lakhs (depending on experience and fit)
• Additional Allowances: Transportation & Food
