Fractional Operations Manager

start part-time (hourly, 10-20 hours/week)

• Project & Resource Management

• Allocate team members to projects, track progress, and prevent overload.
• Implement structured workflows in our project management tool (Productive).
• Track deadlines and deliverables for multiple clients.

• Operational Processes

• Build SOPs for key workflows (onboarding, reporting, invoicing).
• Improve QA processes to reduce founder involvement in checks.
• Standardize reporting for link building, SEO, and content.

• Finance & Invoicing Support

• Prepare draft invoices based on hours/units delivered.
• Maintain a central billing sheet (hours, units, fixed deliverables).
• Provide monthly profitability snapshots by client.

• HR & Coordination

• Support hiring pipeline (screen CVs, coordinate interviews).
• Manage onboarding and performance tracking of new hires.

• Experience in

  operations/project management

  in a digital agency (SEO, content, marketing or PR).
• Strong knowledge of

  resource planning and client delivery cycles

  .
• Familiar with tools like Productive, Notion, Toggl, QuickBooks
• Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive communicator.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams (India, Philippines, Europe).
• Fluent English.

  : Fractional/part-time, 1

  0–20 hours per week

• Hourly pay

  : 15-20 USD depending on experience.

• After trial (2–3 months): Opportunity to transition into a full-time COO role.

• Flexible working hours with overlap in European daytime.
• Long-term role with career progression.
