About Us We are EthicalSEO , a fast-growing international SEO and digital PR agency. We work with SaaS companies worldwide, helping them scale through ethical link building, content marketing, and PR. Our team is fully remote, with members across Europe and Asia. We are currently 14+ people, on track to grow to 30+ within the next 12–18 months. To support this growth, we are looking for a Fractional Operations Manager to set up efficient processes, manage resources, and help reduce founder dependency on daily operations. Role Overview We are looking for someone to start part-time (hourly, 10-20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time COO role after a successful trial period. You will be responsible for implementing systems, coordinating delivery, and ensuring projects run smoothly without constant CEO involvement. Key Responsibilities Project & Resource Management Allocate team members to projects, track progress, and prevent overload. Implement structured workflows in our project management tool (Productive). Track deadlines and deliverables for multiple clients. Operational Processes Build SOPs for key workflows (onboarding, reporting, invoicing). Improve QA processes to reduce founder involvement in checks. Standardize reporting for link building, SEO, and content. Finance & Invoicing Support Prepare draft invoices based on hours/units delivered. Maintain a central billing sheet (hours, units, fixed deliverables). Provide monthly profitability snapshots by client. HR & Coordination Support hiring pipeline (screen CVs, coordinate interviews). Manage onboarding and performance tracking of new hires. What We’re Looking For Experience in operations/project management in a digital agency (SEO, content, marketing or PR). Strong knowledge of resource planning and client delivery cycles . Familiar with tools like Productive, Notion, Toggl, QuickBooks Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive communicator. Comfortable working with distributed teams (India, Philippines, Europe). Fluent English. Engagement Details Start : Fractional/part-time, 1 0–20 hours per week . Hourly pay : 15-20 USD depending on experience. After trial (2–3 months): Opportunity to transition into a full-time COO role. Flexible working hours with overlap in European daytime.
