FP&A | Tech Wearable Startup

Role Overview: As the Head of FP&A at MetaMorph, you will play a crucial role in leading the global financial planning and analysis function for a cutting-edge health and fitness tech Global company. You will be responsible for driving strategic decision-making by owning and managing the global annual operating plan, delivering performance analytics and executive reporting, enhancing the FP&A tech stack, and acting as a strategic business partner across various functions. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the global annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range strategic planning. - Partner with executive leadership across functions to align strategic goals with financial plans. - Lead financial scenario planning, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis to guide executive decisions. - Deliver consolidated global performance dashboards, Board packs, and CEO/CFO reports covering P&L, cash flow, and key KPIs. - Drive detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. plan) and provide root-cause insights on revenue, cost, margins, and profitability. - Track unit economics by region, product, and channel to enable informed commercial decisions. - Enhance the FP&A tech stack by implementing planning and reporting tools, overseeing automation of financial reporting, and ensuring data integrity. - Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product teams to analyze cost drivers, optimize inventory, and support pricing and global expansion strategies. - Build and lead a high-performing global FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and business partnership. - Engage regularly with executive management, business heads, and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. Qualification Required: - CA with 10-15 years of progressive experience in FP&A. - Prior experience at the HQ or regional level of a consumer tech or electronics manufacturing MNC is strongly preferred. - Strong command over P&L management, operational finance, and executive-level reporting. - Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools. - Track record of building and scaling FP&A functions in complex organizations. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.,
