FP&A Lead Analyst

As a FP&A Lead Analyst at ADP Private Limited in Pune, you will play a critical role in the Finance Center of Excellence. Your responsibilities will involve closely collaborating with senior finance leadership to actively engage in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Your expertise in creating and maintaining financial models, validating assumptions, conducting variance analyses, managing KPIs, and preparing management reports will be crucial for the company's financial success. Key Responsibilities: - Produce and distribute management reports, ensuring financial reporting accuracy - Prepare and present variance analysis on actual results versus plan/forecast - Assist in crafting presentations for senior management regarding results, forecasts, and plans - Provide analytical support by conducting in-depth data analysis to solve problems - Manage KPIs such as backlog reporting, staffing requirements, and client satisfaction - Support in creating annual operating plans aligned with the strategic plan and perform forecasting - Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance growth and margin improvements - Continuously improve accuracy by identifying variance root causes and aligning with key drivers - Assist in creating analytical tools and models to drive revenue/expense management and efficient processes - Deliberately build capability for short and long-term talent development and management - Take initiative in personal development and share skills and knowledge with colleagues Qualifications Required: - Post-graduation in MBA (Finance) or C.A. - Graduation in B.Com or B.E./B.Tech. - 6+ years of experience in FP&A - Advanced knowledge of financial statements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems like Hyperion Essbase, and Microsoft Power-point and Word - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong team player with good written and verbal communication skills - Positive attitude, self-learning ability, flexibility, and adaptability to business needs Your experience in an operational/analytical role will be beneficial for this position.
