Job Description

We are looking for a skilled FP&A Lead Analyst to join our team at Merck Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and proposals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel and SQL.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
