Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khanna for a Foundry Manager. The Foundry Manager will oversee daily foundry operations, including the management of casting processes, quality control, and process improvements. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality, implementing cost-effective manufacturing solutions, and supervising the integration of all foundry processes. The role also involves collaborating with team members to maintain compliance with safety and industry standards and work closely with different departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Foundry Management, including planning and supervising operations in a manufacturing or metal production setting.
• Strong understanding of Casting methods and techniques, with the ability to optimize casting processes for quality and efficiency.
• Experience in Process Integration, ensuring smooth operation and coordination of equipment and systems within the foundry.
• In-depth knowledge of Metallurgy and Metal Casting processes, with the ability to ensure high-quality output and adherence to industry standards.
• Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and guide the foundry team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in using technical tools to identify and resolve issues in the production process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the foundry or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
