Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foundry Manager based in Bhilai. The Foundry Manager will oversee daily operations of the foundry, manage casting processes, and ensure efficient production. The role involves process integration, maintaining high-quality standards in metal casting, and monitoring adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, the Foundry Manager will supervise a team, coordinate workflows, and ensure the seamless execution of foundry operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Foundry Management and day-to-day operational planning
• Proficiency in Casting processes and ensuring quality control
• Experience in Process Integration and seamless workflow coordination
• Strong knowledge of Metallurgy and Metal Casting
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency
• Educational background in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in safety and compliance regulations within a manufacturing or production setting
