What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of

  end-to-end development

  of the MVP/prototype.
• Define the

  tech architecture

  , tech stack, and development roadmap.
• Build and manage a lean development team (if needed).
• Integrate product features based on real customer and market needs.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the founder on product direction, design, and launch strategy.
• Support in technical discussions during

  investment pitches

  .

What We Expect From You

• Strong hands-on experience in

  full-stack development

  (web + mobile preferred).
• Ability to rapidly build and iterate MVP-level products.
• Past experience in a

  startup or early-stage tech build

  (bonus).
• Problem-solving mindset with ownership and entrepreneurial intent.
• Ability to work independently without handholding.
• Understanding of cloud, AI-based systems, or automated development frameworks is a plus.

Compensation Model (Important)

contract + JV-based founding role

You will receive:

1. Post-Investment Compensation

immediately after we raise our first investment round

2. Revenue Sharing

10% of net revenue

3. Recognition as “Founding Technical Partner”
