Your role

As Founding Tech Lead, you will be an integral part of the founding team. You’ll own key technical decisions and help us scale from early product-market fit to production-grade infrastructure. You’ll work side-by-side with the founder, Sheetal (ex-Global AI leader at Roche), who has shipped enterprise-grade applications in 100+ countries.

This is an opportunity to lead from the front — hands-on coding, building scalable and reliable systems, shaping the product architecture, and eventually growing and leading a high-performing technical team.

Your impact

Immediately:

• Design a scalable system architecture
• Start architecting the core infrastructure for LLM-driven agents
• Start building in safety and compliance in infra components
• Own and run first customer use cases in production

Within weeks:

• Structure non-deterministic LLM outputs reliably for enterprise use
• Design infrastructure to support real time inter agent workflows and MCP
• Make the architecture HIIPA, GDPR and DPDP compliant
• Help build software engineering practice alongside the founder
• Lead feedback calls, iterate fast, own customer outcomes

Within months:

• Solve scaling challenges as the product grows
• Help the company secure compliance certifications
• Build, lead, and mentor a growing tech team
• Set the technical roadmap and standards

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

• 5-8 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production
• Experience with real-time inter-agent workflows (APIs, pub/sub, websockets)
• Design and build scalable, event-driven architectures (queues, async workflows, microservices)
• Experience with PHI/PII data handling
• CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, K8s if needed).
• Monitoring, observability, and fault-tolerance practices.
• Strong foundation in python + node.js/typescript for production systems and deep knowledge of AWS serverless stack
• Ability to attract talent and ambition to build and lead a fast-growing, deeply technical team

Strongly Preferred:

• Knowledge of hospital IT systems
• Building HIMS (EHR/EMR) integrations
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, DPDP, ABDM principles
