You’ll be the one writing the code and owning key technical decisions. You will help us scale from early product-market fit to production-grade infrastructure. You’ll work side-by-side with the founder, Sheetal (ex-Global AI leader at Roche), who has shipped enterprise-grade applications in 100+ countries. This is an opportunity to lead from the front — hands-on coding, building scalable and reliable AI systems, shaping the product architecture, and eventually growing and leading a high-performing AI/ML team. Your impact Immediately: Own and ship your first code to production Start building and refining company IP Start architecting the core infrastructure for LLM-driven agents together with the Tech Lead Within weeks: Structure non-deterministic LLM outputs reliably for enterprise use Mature LLM models to handle agentic tasks and design inter agent workflows Help mature our AI practice alongside the founder - growing the team, setting the culture Within months: Solve scaling challenges as the product grows Build, lead, and mentor a growing Data Science team Set the AI roadmap and standards File company IP What we’re looking for Must-have: Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs in production 4-7 years of professional experience in AI/ML (not more) Strong knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks, tooling, and best practices Ability and ambition to build IP and lead a fast-growing, deeply technical team Strong AI skills and familiarity with our tech stack: Open and closed source LLM models and frameworks (SOTA) / Python / Node.js / Typescript / React AWS Serverless Experience in health tech and knowledge of healthcare/hospital IT systems is preferred Who you are: You are comfortable being the first AI engineer coding daily, while also shaping the roadmap.
