About the Company

Founders Careers is working with an early stage (funded) startup that is building a new kind of healthcare company - one where hospitals are incentivized to keep people healthy, not just treat them when they’re sick. Founded by the team behind a leading healthcare fintech startup, our vision is to create a hospital-led, subscription-based platform for outcome-linked care. This means real-time health monitoring, regular screenings, early interventions, and complete care—before and after illness. We already work with 20,000+ hospital beds and are now assembling our founding team to co-build this category-defining platform from the ground up.

What We’re Hiring For

What You’ll Do:

• Own product strategy and roadmap from 0→1 for a new category of outcome-linked care
• Build consumer-facing and hospital-facing products that prioritize trust, usability, and outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and clinical teams to define and ship features
• Translate complex health journeys (monitoring, screening, interventions) into simple, trackable experiences
• Build feedback loops from wearable data, hospital systems, and user behavior
• Shape how we define and measure “healthspan” in the product experience

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 4–8 years of product experience, ideally in healthtech, insurance, or wellness
• Are excited about building category-creating products and doing heavy discovery work
• Are deeply user-focused and know how to balance business, clinical, and tech needs
• Are comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments with evolving problem statements
