KLYM is building a new kind of skincare platform — one that integrates intelligence & personalization. We are not a brand-first business. We are a systems-first company — one that sees the future of skincare as a function of data, distribution, and relevance. We are currently in stealth, building our core technology, early product stack, and execution model. This role is for someone who has built or scaled consumer categories — in beauty, personal care, or FMCG — and understands what it takes to move from a compelling idea to a defensible, scalable business. You may have been a founder, category head, or business lead in a D2C or enterprise-backed consumer brand. You think across product, brand, and market systems — not in silos — and you are comfortable navigating ambiguity, pressure, and speed. Your responsibilities will include: Designing KLYM’s category roadmap, competitive strategy, and early growth levers Leading product positioning, market entry models, and brand partnerships Defining pricing, assortment, and expansion strategies based on user data and competitive benchmarks Working closely with product, content, and operations teams to align strategic direction with execution Playing a core role in shaping investor narratives, strategic hires, and org design as the business scales This is not a functional leadership role — this is a company-building role. Preferred background: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIFT, NID, FMS, XLRI, or global equivalents) 5–10 years of experience in consumer strategy, category management, brand building, or P&L leadership roles Exposure to high-growth environments — whether in startups, consulting, or top FMCG / D2C companies Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with speed and ownership You will be one of the few people responsible for deciding what KLYM becomes, and how we win.
