We’re post-MVP, backed by the Founder Institute, and led by a founder with 20+ years of experience in technology and product innovation. Our goal: to build the operating system for well-being — a living, learning system that evolves with every person it supports.


The Role


We’re looking for a Founding Marketing Lead (India) — a strategic and hands-on marketer who can think big, move fast, and build with purpose. You’ll help shape how Zumlo tells its story, reaches people, and grows — across both the US and India markets.


It’s a rare role that blends creativity, analytics, and empathy: part brand builder, part growth operator, part storyteller.


You will:


  • Define and execute Zumlo’s marketing strategy — from brand and growth to community and partnerships.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns (social, content, paid, and organic) that connect emotionally and perform commercially.
  • Craft Zumlo’s voice and narrative, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Run growth experiments and identify what drives awareness, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design to align storytelling with user experience.
  • Bridge India-based execution with US market understanding — tailoring what we say and how we grow.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 7–10 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing (experience in health, wellness, or consumer tech a plus).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns — both brand and performance.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills; you can turn insights into ideas that move people.
  • Experience working with US audiences or global teams.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Background with leading companies or top-tier academic institutions (Ivy League or equivalent) preferred — we value strong foundations and exposure to high-performing environments.
  • Curious, creative, data-aware, and driven by impact.
