We’ve got the vision, network, and niche. Now, we’re looking for a Founding Growth Partner with the rare skillset to take us to 100 clients, fast — someone who has done it before in the influencer marketing space and wants to build the next agency success story. 🎯 Your Core Mission Scale our agency from scratch to 100+ clients. You’ll fully own growth: from creating the strategy and generating leads to taking sales calls, closing deals, and building the operational systems behind a top-tier influencer agency. 🧠 What You’ll Be Doing🏗 Strategy & Planning Define our go-to-market roadmap targeting AI brands (B2B & consumer) Build and refine our offer, pitch, pricing, and positioning Develop a strategic plan to hit 100-client milestone within 12-18 months 🤝 Client Acquisition & Sales Run full-cycle sales: from cold outreach to signed contracts Take discovery and pitch calls with founders, CMOs, and growth leads Craft custom influencer strategies that solve real brand problems Close both retainers and project-based deals 📈 Growth Systems Build scalable lead-gen engines (LinkedIn, cold email, outbound funnels) Set up and manage CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive) Launch referral, content, and partnership strategies to accelerate growth 🧩 Brand & Market Positioning Help shape our agency’s brand, voice, and authority in the AI + creator space Create sales assets: decks, case studies, email flows, pitch templates Collaborate with design/content freelancers when needed ✅ What We’re Looking For Must-have: You’ve scaled an influencer marketing agency or creator business from 0 to 100+ clients or 100+ clients in a fixed timeframe.
