Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on

  strategic projects, partnerships, and market research

  .
• Assist in

  client interactions, business follow-ups, and relationship management

  .
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, HR, Finance, Lab) to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare

  business presentations, reports, and analytics

  for decision-making.
• Manage daily priorities, track project progress, and ensure timely execution.
• Take ownership of special assignments, new initiatives, and problem-solving tasks.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Business, Life Sciences, Management, or related fields).
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• High ownership mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial attitude & willingness to learn across domains.
