  • Manage a

    rolling portfolio of 70–100 companies

    , ensuring consistent follow-ups across channels.
  • Leverage

    power dialers, CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, Clay)

    to track outreach and optimize performance.
  • Maintain accurate notes and pipeline status in the CRM.
  • Book

    qualified meetings

    for Account Executives or Founders.
  • Continuously optimize outreach based on

    response rates, engagement metrics, and US market dynamics

    .


Ideal Candidate


  • 1–3 years of experience in

    SDR, BDR, outbound sales, lead generation, or partnerships

    .
  • Experience engaging

    US-based clients / decision makers

    is a strong plus.
  • Excellent

    written and spoken English

    communication skills.
  • Highly

    organized, results-driven, and creative

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Apollo, Instantly, Clay, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or other CRM/dialer platforms
