About Us

Deccan AI is a model training and eval startup headquartered in the Bay Area. We are founded by IIT Bombay, IIM Ahmedabad and ex-Google alumni, and work with some of the top AI frontier labs in the world, e.g. Google Deepmind, Snowflake, and many more. We are backed by Prosus Ventures, and our India delivery office is in Hyderabad. Most of our roles are on-site i.e. Bay Area / Hyderabad.

The Role

As a Founder’s Office Associate: Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for shaping high-quality sales collateral and pitchbooks that directly influence client engagement and business outcomes. You will work closely with Sales, ML, and Delivery teams to translate client needs into compelling narratives, synthesize insights into impactful content, and ensure all materials reinforce our core messaging pillars. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute strategically to Deccan AI’s positioning as a trusted partner and thought leader while driving tangible value for clients



Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales and client-facing teams to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities

- Translate client insights into clear, persuasive presentation content that highlights commercial value

- Develop sales collateral that positions Deccan AI as a thought leader and trusted partner

- Design and deliver proposals, custom decks and enablement materials as an individual contributor in the early stage

- Ensure all deliverables are visually compelling, structured, and aligned with brand guidelines


Qualifications & Skills

- Strong client-centric mindset with the ability to think commercially.

- Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging

- Demonstrated experience in presentation design and content development

- Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong design sense is essential

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Exposure to AI/ML domains is a strong plus
