As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to join our Founders’ Office and help scale our brand to new heights.

The Role:

As our Founders’ Office Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and executing a robust growth strategy. You’ll work directly with the founders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and referral initiatives that align with our brand’s ethos of pure linen and understated luxury.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns to fuel our growth engine.
• Design and implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty, turning first-time buyers into lifelong fans.
• Craft and optimize referral programs that leverage our community’s passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Partner with the founding team to ensure all growth initiatives reflect our brand’s “quiet luxury” positioning.
• Analyze data, measure performance, and iterate quickly to optimize results.
