Founders’ Office Intern

Gharana Stays is India’s emerging travel tech platform focused on farmstays and vacation homes, connecting people with authentic, nature-inspired experiences. We’re redefining rural and experiential tourism while promoting sustainable travel and cultural values across India.

Role Overview:

As a Founders’ Office Intern, you’ll work closely with the core team and founders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how startups operate in the travel and hospitality sector. You’ll be involved in everything from customer management to business operations, marketing coordination, and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.

• Communicate with customers, hosts, and partners on behalf of the founders.

• Assist in onboarding new properties and maintaining existing host relations.

• Coordinate across teams for marketing, operations, and customer service.

• Support founders in research, presentations, data organization, and strategy tasks.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth booking experiences.

• Contribute to brand-building and social media initiatives.

• Participate in travel, event, or property visits (if required).

Who You Are:

• Energetic and proactive multitasker with strong communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Passionate about travel, hospitality, and creating meaningful guest experiences.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in business, tourism, or hospitality preferred.

Compensation:

-Monthly Stipend: Fixed ( after interview )
