Company Description Flowbee is an AI Co-Creator for LinkedIn. Flowbee takes your thoughts, elevates them with research, insights and stories to help you write authentic and insightful LinkedIn posts. It is designed to help CXO’s, founders and company leaders build a strong personal brand. Flowbee is incubated with Change Engine, a startup accelerated run by Varun Aggarwal (100M exit from Aspiring Minds), Shailendra Jha (Ex MakeMyTrip, Spinny) and Shubham Bansal (YC, IIT Delhi) We are looking for a Founder’s office intern to join our team and help get Flowbee in the hands of users. We are an early stage company, this is a chance to grow your skillset exponentially in a matter of a few months. Roles and Responsibilities -Work closely with founders to execute go-to-market strategy. -Reach out to potential customers through sourcing leads, engaging prospects, and managing follow-ups. -Set up marketing pipelines, including content strategy and advertising campaigns. -Collaborate with tech and design teams to implement marketing initiatives. -Drive website updates, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. -Maintain technical, non-technical, and marketing documentation to ensure clear team communication. -Conduct market research and gather customer feedback. Must-Have Skills -Strong analytical mindset with ability to approach new problems using first principles. -Experience running advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. -Basic understanding of code and technical concepts. You should be able to vibe code. -Action-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning and completing tasks. -Excellent communication and presentation skills.
