About the Role:

• This is a unique opportunity to join our Founder's Office as an Intern, working directly with our founder who has been building in this space for the last 2 years, and has developed strong industry connections. You will gain a front-row seat to the strategic and operational drivers of growing a fashion business. This high-impact role is designed for an ambitious individual eager to learn the fundamentals of product development, brand building, and business expansion in an active environment.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic setting and is comfortable with both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.

Responsibilities:

Design & Product

• Design research, silhouette and detail referencing, textile research
• Support with sampling, fittings, vendor communication, and quality checks

Research & Strategy

• Conduct primary research with our target audience and customers
• Research high-potential clients and opportunities (domestic + international)
• Participate in strategy discussions, brand roadmap planning, and operational problem-solving

Marketing & Outreach

• Plan and execute LinkedIn/email/WhatsApp outreach campaigns to build brand and partnerships
• Assist in planning and executing content shoots and marketing campaigns
• Create brand-aligned content (reels, posts, lookbooks, mailers)

Performance & Operations

• Track campaign outcomes and marketing metrics to recommend improvements
• Assist in managing events, pop-ups, brand meetings, and production follow-ups

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s program or a recent graduate in MBA, Marketing, Fashion Retail Business, Fashion Technology, Fashion E-com Business, Apparel Merchandising, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time in Mumbai
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A strong, demonstrated interest in both marketing and business development within the fashion industry
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership.
