Key Responsibilities

Execution & Planning

Track priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives

Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items

Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.)

Act as a bridge between the Founder and stakeholders

Ensure alignment and smooth execution across parallel initiatives

Decision Support & Research

Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare summaries for decision-making

Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and reports

Provide structured insights to support business decisions

Documentation & Process

Maintain documentation of key initiatives, discussions, and outcomes

Create SOPs, trackers, and dashboards where required

Improve clarity and structure in ongoing processes

Ownership & Problem Solving

Take ownership of assigned initiatives end-to-end

Anticipate needs instead of waiting for detailed instructions

Proactively identify risks and suggest solutions
