Who we are looking for: An entrepreneurial, sharp, and highly resourceful Executive Assistant who can operate as an extension of the founder. If you thrive on solving real-world problems, love chasing ideas with speed and curiosity, and enjoy both high-level strategy and ground-level execution — this role is for you. What you will do: Assist the founder in validating new ideas: market research, on-ground visits, data analysis Represent the founder in meetings — take detailed notes, follow up on action items Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders Build relationships with potential partners and collaborators Help convert vague ideas into structured plans and prototypes Keep things moving — with sharp reminders, updates, and well-managed workflows What you should bring: Strong communication and people skills — written and verbal Analytical mindset with a bias for action High level of ownership and maturity Curiosity, hustle, and the willingness to do unglamorous tasks with pride Comfort with ambiguity and speed Ability to think independently, yet align with the founder’s vision Bonus points if you: Have prior experience working with a founder or in a fast-paced startup Know how to conduct field research or prototype quickly Can structure and present findings clearly using tools like Notion, Excel, Google Slides Why join us: Work directly with the founder — no middle layers Exposure to every facet of building and scaling ideas Be at the center of decision-making, strategy, and execution A role that evolves with you — as you grow, so does your responsibility Compensation: As per Industry Standards and city nuances + Reimbursement of Health Insurance premium up to INR 5,000 per annum + Reimbursement to YouTube Premium, Spotify, ChatGPT, and others up to INR 5,000 per month + Bonus linked to company's revenue post cool-off period Show more Show less
