About the Role

Founder’s Office Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management:

    Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel.  
  • Communication:

    Manage emails and calls, ensuring timely responses.  
  • Meetings:

    Organize agendas, prepare materials, and record minutes.  
  • Documentation:

    Maintain and organize files, reports, and presentations.  
  • Operations Support:

    Assist in day-to-day tasks and manage ad-hoc projects.  
  • Liaison:

    Act as a bridge between the CEO, clients, and internal/external teams.  


Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business or related fields.  
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.  
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office.  
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
