Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the founder's inbox, and calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the founder.
Draft necessary communication for emails, meetings, seminars, etc.
Organize domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed by the founder.
Gather, compile, and analyze data for reports and presentations.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target market segments, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
