We’re now looking for a dynamic individual to join the Founder’s Office: someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.

Job Description:

As part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll wear multiple hats across:

• Administration & Operations:

  ensuring smooth day-to-day execution

• Marketing & PR:

  Managing different marketing verticals and aligning brand storytelling, social media campaigns, and outreach

• Management Support

   – Coordinating with internal teams and external partners

• Higher-Ed Research & Strategy

   – Staying ahead on global education trends, policies, and partnerships

• Special Projects

   – Working directly with the founders on initiatives that shape GradPilots’ growth trajectory

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience (or strong interest) in the 

  higher education sector

• Background in 

  business management, communications, or marketing

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication (written + verbal) and networking ability
• Comfort with 

  fast-paced startup environments

   where adaptability is key
