We’re a deep-tech startup working on highly technical AI products, and day-to-day operations need to run smoothly to keep everything on track. The founder handles multiple responsibilities — from product and client discussions to hiring and partnerships — and needs someone reliable to assist closely across communication, coordination, and organization. This role is ideal for someone who’s structured, proactive, and eager to be part of something growing. You’ll get to learn how a startup operates from the inside and take ownership of keeping tasks, conversations, and follow-ups organized and moving. 🧩 Your Role: Supporting the Founder Day-to-Day You’ll be directly assisting the founder with tasks that make the entire company run smoother. From following up with clients, managing meeting schedules, organizing documents, to keeping an eye on key deals. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing ✉️ Client Communication & Follow-ups Schedule meetings, follow up over email/WhatsApp, and send reminders Join calls (sometimes) to take notes or summarize what was discussed Keep communication clear and professional using ready-made templates 📊 Organizing & Tracking Progress Maintain sheets or dashboards that show which client is at what stage Keep deal conversations and documents organized (Google Drive, Notion, etc.) Track partner info, project statuses, and upcoming deadlines 🗂️ Documentation & Founder Support Maintain the founder’s calendar and ensure daily priorities are clear Create checklists, follow-up trackers, and keep things from falling through Organize files — proposals, NDAs, contracts, invoices — into the right places ✅ You’ll Do Well If You... Write and speak clear English Are proactive — you don’t need to be told twice Are super organized and like when everything is structured and in its place Can handle both client-facing and internal tracking work Are curious, trustworthy, and open to learning new tools like Notion or Airtable 🌱 Bonus Points For: Prior internships in admin, customer support, or operations Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM tools, or Notion BBA/MBA or English/Comms background 🚀 Why This Role Matters Helping the founder stay focused and organized means helping the company grow.
