The role We’re hiring a Python Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience who can communicate clearly, think in systems, and solve problems with structure and ownership. You won’t just be writing code, you’ll work alongside product owners to break down real-world challenges into clean, modular Python solutions. You’ll be expected to think critically, contribute actively, and see things through to delivery. What you'll be doing Translate problem statements into structured, maintainable Python code Build internal modules, APIs, and backend components for intelligent workflows Integrate third-party services and REST APIs Collaborate with the team to test, debug, and optimize deployments Write clear documentation for the tools you build Communicate updates, blockers, and feedback in a clear, async-first style What we're looking for 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience Proficiency in API integrations and modular code design Experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django Strong logical thinking and a sharp eye for problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, AI workflows, or a willingness to learn fast Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata and work onsite You'll thrive here if You like clarity, ownership, and purpose-driven work You’re as comfortable talking through a problem as you are writing code for it You’re proactive, responsible, and don’t need hand-holding You’re curious about AI and want to contribute to systems that matter You'll probably not be a fit if You’ve never worked in a professional engineering environment You avoid discussions around the “why” of a problem You need rigid specs and handoffs to work effectively You’re not comfortable taking initiative or writing documentation Compensation & Workstyle Salary: ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,80,000 per year (based on experience and fit) Bonuses: Outcome-based performance bonuses Workstyle: Onsite in Kolkata, async-first and ownership-driven Team Culture: No micromanagement.
