Our aspiration is to become the ultimate choice in fashion for men, seamlessly blending online and offline experiences. We have grown 2x YoY over the last 5 years and now have a strong D2C as well retail presence across 75+ stores.
To fuel the next leg of growth, we are looking to build a world-class founder s office team with smart generalists to work on top priorities for leadership and lead new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Support & Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate with the Founder and senior leadership to define organizational objectives and translate them into actionable team goals.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment on strategic priorities via periodic business reviews.
- Strategy and execution in digital marketing - leading initiatives to sharpen performance, optimize campaigns, and drive channel effectiveness.
New Initiatives
- Part of the team to develop and refine the company s long-term strategy, in line with growth priorities and evolving market dynamics.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business categories or channels, generate data-driven insights, and lead 0-to-1 execution.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization.
What We re Looking For
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in consulting or prior founders office/similar roles experience at a fast paced startup.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of category trends and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics software.
