Founder Office-Tech Intern

Role Summary We are seeking a versatile and motivated Founder's Office & Web Development Intern to work directly with our founder while also contributing to our web development projects. This unique dual role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both strategic business operations and technical development, providing a holistic understanding of how startups function and scale. Key Responsibilities - Founder's Office Assist the founder with managing calendar, scheduling, and prioritizing meetings based on strategic importance Prepare materials, research, and briefings for founder's meetings and presentations Support strategic planning processes and help translate the founder's vision into actionable plans Coordinate communication between the founder and various teams/departments Act as a liaison between the founder and external stakeholders when needed Assist with special projects and initiatives directly assigned by the founder Key Responsibilities - Web Development Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining the company website and web applications Write clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant frameworks Collaborate with design and product teams to implement new features and functionality Test websites and applications for usability, performance, and bugs Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers Document development processes, code bases, and technical specifications Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern web framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Basic understanding of business operations and strategy Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with design tools and principles is a plus Previous internship or project experience in web development or business operations is desirable but not required Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Shift: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Sector-128 Noida, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 03/06/2025
