Founder’s Account Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Inbound Sales:

    Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Outbound Prospecting:

    Identify, reach out, and engage potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Lead Generation (LG):

    Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and partnerships.
  • Lead Handling & Closure:

    Own the full sales cycle – from first contact to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Manage prospective and existing client conversations, ensuring a smooth handover and onboarding.
  • Founder Collaboration:

    Work closely with the founder to refine GTM strategies, pitch decks, pricing, and sales playbooks.
  • Revenue Ownership:

    Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research:

    Monitor SaaS and digital marketing trends to spot new business opportunities and industry shifts.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in

    B2B SaaS sales

    ,

    Digital Marketing service sales

    , or

    AdTech sales

    .
  • Proven ability to handle

    both inbound and outbound sales

    effectively.
  • Strong experience in

    lead generation and lead qualification

    .
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (Apollo ai, Sales Navigator, CRM and automation platforms).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led startup.
  • Bonus: Prior experience setting up outbound strategies or sales automation tools.
