Forklift Operator

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts (based on warehouse needs)
  
• Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
  
• Transport materials to designated areas in the warehouse or yard
  
• Stack and organize pallets, crates, and boxes in a safe manner
  
• Assist with order picking, packing, and inventory control
  
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  
• Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily goals
  

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification

  (required or willingness to obtain)
• Previous forklift or warehouse experience (6 months to 2+ years preferred)
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
