SUMMARY Job Title: In Charge-Cold Store We are seeking an experienced In Charge-Cold Store to join our reputed seafood processing company. The ideal candidate will have a background in the same industry and possess the skills necessary to oversee the efficient and organized operations of our cold store. Key Responsibilities: Unloading and packing of block frozen goods at the block final packing section following HACCP guidelines Managing finish goods inventory and maintaining accurate records Ensuring clean and organized cold storages to minimize damage to finish goods Receiving and storing goods in a proper manner and time cycle Handling stock queries and conducting stock audits Ensuring 100% HACCP compliance during packing, loading, and storing Properly stuffing export containers as per customers’ requirements Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of finish goods as per requirements Supervising and managing cold store crews, providing necessary training to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations Performing any other relevant work as required by the management Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within the seafood processing industry Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and compliance Strong organizational and inventory management skills Ability to lead and train cold store crews effectively Flexibility to handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management

1. Operations Undertake co-ordination with field people from CCR for smooth operation of the plant Measure various process parameters along with Shift In-charge. Record process parameters and plant log for the respective section, inspect specific parameters on regular basis, and perform any extra duties assigned by the Shift In-Charge Monitor the quality of the products- Raw meal, Clinker and Cement- and maintain the quality within the range as defined in the QMS procedures Keep good co-ordination with the laboratory for the feedback of quality follow the non-conformity procedure in case the product is not conforming to the standards Executes, according to the safety procedures, the necessary precautions and lock-outs. Take readings of plant parameters (tour log), energy and gas, and perform basic chemical water analysis; perform periodic functional tests on plant systems Perform administrative work related to data reporting and operating procedures Check the plant regularly, reports malfunctions to the shift supervisor and makes work request Perform shift turnovers and assures the transfer of the necessary information Make suggestions for plant and operating procedure improvements Supervise the loading and unloading of chemicals to and from the trucks Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the control room and other rooms used by operations Follow up the availability of operational consumables and reports deviation as needed Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 2 Environmental and Health Safety Considerations Responsible for performing the operational activities to meet standards of public safety, employee safety and environmental citizenship that meet or exceed regulatory requirements Responsible for the implementation of the work permit system and suggests improvements to the Safety Head Report dangerous hazards on plant systems, work place, working environment and general public Ensure that the plant does not violate any of the environmental rules and report problems 3. Self/ Team Development Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs Complete the IDP Execution for self and team members as part of self and subordinate development Recommend training as required for teams development Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees

Role & responsibilities For an Unloading Supervisor, it is mandatory to be physically available at the site during unloading operations to: 1. Ensure safety protocols are followed 2. Verify material condition and quantity 3. Address issues promptly 4. Oversee and manage the unloading process Being present on-site enables the supervisor to: 1. Monitor operations in real-time 2. Respond to issues quickly 3. Ensure compliance with procedures 4. The Helper/Feeder is responsible for ensuring a continuous and accurate supply of substrates - such as paper, board, or film to UV and 1 over 1 perfecting printing machines. This role is essential to maintaining smooth production flow, supporting machine operators, and upholding quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Material Feeding: Accurately feed substrates into printing machines, ensuring proper alignment and preventing jams or misfeeds. Maintain steady material supply to minimize downtime. Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects prior to feeding and report any quality issues or material inconsistencies to the machine operator promptly. Machine Support: Assist Machine Operators and Assistant Operators with material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and machine setup preparations. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and handle materials carefully to avoid contamination or damage. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior experience in material handling or production environments is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided. Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting. Good physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Role & responsibilities Manage shift operations and manpower allocation effectively. Knowledge of mould loading and unloading processes. Perform machine startup as per the Moulding Process Parameters Sheet. Troubleshoot various injection moulding defects. Verify dehumidification processes. Handle NG (No Good) parts and follow proper procedures. Hands-on experience in robot programming (e.g., Wittman, Yushin, etc.). Prepare EOAT (End of Arm Tooling) according to mould requirements. Control the production process and minimize startup rejection. Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams to ensure smooth operations. Manage machine and mould breakdowns efficiently. Set mould safety parameters on machines. Perform CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) with proper analysis in case of deviations from the production plan. Maintain and update daily production/rejection data. Initiate and implement new ideas for improvements (e.g., reducing changeover time, reducing MSL). Ensure timely activities in RM & SFG stores. Comply with safety protocols in the department. Prepare SOPs, WIs, SWPs, and other relevant production documents. Undertake cycle time reduction projects. Ensure the implementation of 5S activities in the department. Propose various CR (Change Request) and CB (Change Bulletin) themes. Conduct new mould trials and prepare detailed trial reports.
