· Ensure timely ordering and stock movement
· Track footwear articles and update records
· Coordinate store-wise stock levels and product availability
· Handle returns and shortages proactively
· Plan inter-store transfers weekly
· Support promotions, discounts, and displays
· Stay in touch with stores to track fast- and slow-moving products
· Assist with store launches
· Daily sales and weekly stock reporting
· Create order forms and maintain internal checklists
· Visit Mumbai stores monthly to review performance
· Observe competitor products and market trends
· Min. 2 years of retail/footwear merchandising experience
· Graduate in business, retail, fashion, or similar
· Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
· Detail-oriented and self-driven
