As a Footwear Merchandiser at a leading uniform manufacturing company in Gurgaon (NCR), your role is crucial in managing key client accounts and ensuring efficient coordination between clients and vendors, with a primary focus on the footwear segment, particularly uniform shoes and safety footwear. Your main responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their needs, and ensuring timely and effective service delivery. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing order processes. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, especially in footwear or uniforms, along with strong communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met on time. - Work with outsourcing vendors to ensure quality production and timely delivery of orders. - Oversee client orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. - Understand client needs and provide tailored uniform solutions. - Forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels. - Work with teams to ensure product quality meets global and regional standards. Qualifications: - Experience working with vendors and managing the supply chain in the Footwear industry. - Graduate or Diploma Holder in Leather, Footwear, Uniforms Background. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to travel for client and vendor visits.
