Job Description

As a Footwear Merchandiser at Suvaa, your role will involve sourcing materials & components by negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, drive product development by overseeing sample creation and pre-production approvals, manage production & logistics by tracking factory schedules and ensuring quality checkpoints, analyze trends & performance to optimize SKU assortments, and collaborate across teams to align on vision and go-to-market strategy. Qualifications: - 2+ years of merchandising experience in footwear (or a closely related fashion category) - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, factory capacity planning, and quality standards - Proven skills in vendor management, sourcing negotiations, and end-to-end supply-chain coordination - Proficiency in Excel and other merchandising tools - Excellent communication, organization, and multi-project management under tight timelines If you join Suvaa, you will be part of an innovative footwear brand that blends style, comfort, and quality.
